The artwork in Dream Catcher 20 is by Afifa Ematullah, who works in mixed media. With a background in theatre, she is both a writer and painter. Her art is representative of an ongoing and deepening spiritual journey.

Dream Catcher 20 brings together poets and poetry from across the spectrum whether it's the short, taut snapshots of C.P.Stewart or the longer, relective work of Gordon Wilson in Looking Back. You'll also find here two poems by Sam Gardiner, Brave Face, a wry look at old-age and the difficulty of belonging and The Time of Night, a nightscape of the people and happenings on a council estate. Other featured poets incude Daphne Rock, Rosie Garner and Gregor M Lapka.

Short stories in Dream Catcher 20 range from Brian Maycock's The Hanging Man's Shuffle, where an elderly man fakes his own death in order to start again, pursued by his secrets to Jess Smee's The Paper Collector where the eponymous protagonist comes to terms with his partner's departure by creating a shrine from newspaper cuttings gathered on his rounds.
